    i need to know about how to treat hormones that cause acn without taking medicines, natural treatments

    If you want to try to balance hormones naturally (which there is only so much you can do), without taking anything to do it, it’s important that you eat a balanced diet.  A lot of sugar and junk food with lots of carbs can actually affect your hormone balance.  So can lack of exercise.  Eating foods rich in vitamins and especially omega 3 oils, like fish may also be beneficial to maintaining your hormone levels.  These are the only suggestions I can think of that are natural and require no medicines, natural or non-natural, for acne.
